How Scoring Works
Every rep scores. Hitting, pitching, and catching each have their own scoring system with bonuses for barrels, opposite-field, and two-strike hits.
How To Advance
Every hitter gets 3 guaranteed LIVE ABs. Top 12 in each division earn the Crown Cut AB. Top 8 advance to Championship Day.
What To Bring
Uniform / practice jersey, cleats and turf shoes, batting helmet, bat, glove, catcher gear if applicable, water, sunscreen, waiver confirmation.
Parking
Parking details and directions publish 2 weeks before event day inside Player HQ.
Festival Map
Field map, vendor village, food trucks, and check-in tent, all mapped and published inside Player HQ.
Food & Vendors
Food trucks and vendor village open all weekend. Family-friendly atmosphere with options for every appetite.

How you advance to Championship Day.
- Every registered hitter receives 3 guaranteed official LIVE ABs on Qualifying Day.
- Every rep is officially scored and posted to the live leaderboard.
- The top 12 hitters in each division advance to the Crown Cut Round for one additional LIVE AB.
- The top 8 hitters after the Crown Cut advance to Championship Day brackets.
- Age group champions compete in the Champion of Champions Final.
- Side competition finals (Home Run Derby, Fastest Pitch, Accuracy) run alongside championship play.
Time Cap
Each LIVE AB has a 2-minute target pace and a 3-minute hard cap. Each AB may also be capped by pitch count. Battle Points may be awarded when a hitter extends an at-bat with foul balls, but no AB continues past the official cap. Battle is rewarded. Delays are not.
Field Conduct
Have fun. No horseplay. No tackling. No throwing without permission. Stay off active fields. Listen to staff immediately. Any player creating a safety issue may be removed from the field area.
Catchers & Backstop Backup
Catchers are the preferred format for every LIVE AB. A large backstop / future LIVE AB Net system may be used as an operational backup to protect players, manage catcher workload, and keep the event on pace.
