LIVE AB Sessions

LIVE AB provides organized live competitive baseball reps for hitters, pitchers, catchers, and other participants.

Submitting a request to participate does not guarantee a spot.

LIVE AB may assemble sessions based on capacity, player roles, readiness, workload, safety, competitive fit, facility availability, and other operational considerations.

A player is confirmed only after LIVE AB offers a spot and all required registration steps are completed.

LIVE AB may modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel a session when reasonably necessary because of weather, facility availability, player availability, role balance, safety, or other operational circumstances.

Payments

Prices are shown before purchase.

LIVE AB sessions may require payment after a participant receives a spot offer. Digital products such as Team Kit require payment at purchase, and Dugout is billed as described under Team Kit and Dugout.

Promotional codes, credits, discounts, and complimentary registrations may be subject to separate conditions and may be modified or discontinued.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because LIVE AB sessions depend on assembling a balanced group of players and roles, participant cancellations can materially affect the session.

Refunds, credits, rescheduling, or other accommodations may be provided at LIVE AB’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If LIVE AB cancels a paid session and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduling option, LIVE AB will provide an appropriate refund or credit.

Team Kit and Dugout

LIVE AB Team Kit and related digital products provide tools and materials for organizing and running live competitive reps.

Team Kit. Team Kit is a one-time purchase of $97. There is no recurring Team Kit fee. Team Kit gives the purchasing coach or organizer the Team Kit materials and organizer access to set up and run private team sessions, for private instructional use with their own team. A Team Kit purchase is made by an adult and supports one primary adult organizer. Other LIVE AB products are separate purchases.

Dugout included for 30 days. Dugout is the LIVE AB software access used to create and run new digital sessions. A Team Kit purchase includes Dugout access for 30 days, beginning on the date of purchase. There is no separate Dugout charge during those 30 days.

Automatic conversion to a paid annual subscription. After the 30 included days, Dugout automatically converts to a paid subscription of $149 per year per team unless you cancel before the 30 days end. When it converts, the payment method you provided at checkout is charged $149. The subscription then renews automatically each year, and that payment method is charged the annual price at each renewal, until you cancel. There is no separate step to opt in after the 30 days: completing the Team Kit checkout is your authorization for this.

Cancelling. You can cancel Dugout at any time from the billing page in your LIVE AB account, or by contacting us. If you cancel before the 30 included days end, you are not charged for Dugout. If you cancel before a renewal date, you are not charged for that renewal, and Dugout access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If Dugout ends. Without active Dugout access you cannot create or run new digital sessions, and some features may not be available. Your Team Kit, your organization, teams and roster, and your historical sessions, at-bats, player history and results are not deleted because Dugout access ended.

What a purchase does not include. A Team Kit or Dugout purchase does not include coaching, physical supervision of your sessions, LIVE AB staff, player matching, facility access, public event or hosting rights, territory rights, or official rankings. We do not promise lifetime access to hosted software, integrations, or future features.

Your sessions are yours to run. LIVE AB Team Kit is for private instructional use only. LIVE AB does not operate, supervise, insure, approve, inspect, or control third-party sessions. Coaches, parents, instructors, organizers, and facilities are responsible for player readiness, supervision, safety, consent/waivers, equipment, field/facility conditions, workload management, and compliance with applicable rules and laws. Baseball and softball activities involve inherent risk.

No waiver included. Team Kit does not include a waiver, and a LIVE AB invite is not a waiver. You are responsible for using the waiver and consent process that applies to your own sessions.

Not medical advice. LIVE AB provides an organizing, scoring, and workflow system. Nothing in Team Kit or Dugout, including any pitch-count or workload information, is medical advice.

Coaches and organizers are responsible for how they conduct their own practices, sessions, teams, facilities, and player activities.

LIVE AB does not assume responsibility for independently organized activities merely because LIVE AB materials or software are used.

No Guaranteed Results

LIVE AB provides tools and opportunities for competitive repetitions, organization, scoring, and recognition.

We do not guarantee athletic improvement, team selection, recruiting exposure, scholarships, rankings, wins, performance results, or any other particular outcome. We do not guarantee a fixed number of repetitions or at-bats.

Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants and guardians must follow reasonable safety instructions, facility rules, and organizer directions.

LIVE AB may refuse or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary for safety, conduct, workload, operational, or participant-fit reasons.

Participation in physical baseball activities may require completion of a separate participation agreement or waiver.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information.

Parents and guardians are responsible for accounts and actions involving their minor players where applicable.

Intellectual Property

LIVE AB names, branding, scoring systems, designs, software, materials, graphics, Team Kit materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to LIVE AB.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of LIVE AB intellectual property.

You may use purchased materials for their intended team or organizational purpose but may not resell, reproduce for commercial distribution, or represent LIVE AB intellectual property as your own without permission.

Availability

We may update, modify, discontinue, or improve portions of the Services as LIVE AB develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, software, scoring systems, or other digital services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIVE AB and its owners, personnel, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
