Meet The LIVE AB Session Captain

Workers, trainers, and operators running a LIVE AB session are called Session Captains.

Ensure safety

You are not running a private lesson. You are facilitating a premium competitive experience.

Warm Up Before The Clock Starts

LIVE AB sessions are 60 minutes of live reps. Warm-up does not occur during the session. Players should arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.

If additional warm-up time is needed:

  • Arrive game-ready
  • Purchase additional cage time if available

The session clock should be protected for live reps.

  • Players determine their own order whenever possible.
  • If there is disagreement: Rock Paper Scissors decides.
  • No arguments. No delays. No drama.
The goal is to maximize reps.

If no Session Captain is available, players may self-score.

Default: the last hitter out or available participant may keep score.

Keep it natural. Never pressure families.
