LIVE AB provides organized baseball and softball live-rep sessions inside a structured facility environment.
Players rotate through hitting, pitching, catching, resting, and competing in a controlled format designed to maximize quality live repetitions.
LIVE AB is not open cage time. LIVE AB is organized live competition.
Participation Requirements
Participation Requirements
All participants must:
- Have parent or guardian approval
- Complete registration
- Complete payment before participation
- Complete waiver before participation
- Follow session rules and operator instructions
Safety Rules
Safety Rules
Required:
- Helmet while hitting
- Catcher gear while catching
- Appropriate athletic footwear
- Appropriate baseball or softball equipment
Players must:
- Respect operators
- Respect facilities
- Respect other players
- Respect the rotation
Not permitted:
- Horseplay
- Wrestling
- Unsafe throwing
- Reckless behavior
- Disrupting the session

Before You Arrive

- Arrive early enough to warm up
- Bring helmet, bat, glove, and water
- Catchers bring full gear
- Respect the rotation
- No horseplay
- Quality reps over rushed reps
- If players disagree on order or roles, Rock Paper Scissors decides
