LIVE AB Safety & Participation Rules

LIVE AB provides organized baseball and softball live-rep sessions inside a structured facility environment.

Players rotate through hitting, pitching, catching, resting, and competing in a controlled format designed to maximize quality live repetitions.

LIVE AB is not open cage time. LIVE AB is organized live competition.

All participants must:

• Have parent or guardian approval
• Complete registration
• Complete payment before participation
• Complete waiver before participation
• Follow session rules and operator instructions

Required:

• Helmet while hitting
• Catcher gear while catching
• Appropriate athletic footwear
• Appropriate baseball or softball equipment

Players must:

• Respect operators
• Respect facilities
• Respect other players
• Respect the rotation

Not permitted:

• Horseplay
• Wrestling
• Unsafe throwing
• Reckless behavior
• Disrupting the session

• Arrive early enough to warm up
• Bring helmet, bat, glove, and water
• Catchers bring full gear
• Respect the rotation
• No horseplay
• Quality reps over rushed reps
• If players disagree on order or roles, Rock Paper Scissors decides
